Inbound Customer Representative

The Inbound Customer Representative works onsite in Duncan, SC, for $19–$22 per hour. What you'll do

• Support customers by phone, email, chat, web, and marketplace
• process quotes and orders
• research customer needs and resolve issues
• coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams
• update account records
• follow up on open quotes and orders
• identify engagement and cross-sell opportunities
• document risks, commitments, and outcomes.
