What you'll do

• Serve as day-to-day client contact
• lead client discussions and account communications
• take strategic ideas from concept through campaign execution
• develop campaign plans and strategic rationales tied to client objectives and KPIs
• track creator and platform trends
• report performance against KPIs
• improve workflows
• manage creator trackers and budget controls
• support creator compensation and campaign budget discussions
• identify retention risks and account growth opportunities
• align creator team members and partner with paid amplification
• use AI tools in research, reporting, and campaign development.
