What you'll do

• Supervise, direct, and evaluate assigned staff, LVNs, and CNAs
• assign nursing care based on resident needs and staff capabilities
• oversee nursing unit assignments within the Nurse Practice Act
• ensure staff follow nursing procedures and company policies
• assume accountability for supervised staff tasks
• assist with or institute emergency measures for adverse resident developments.
