The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Winchester, MA, with pay of $20–$28 per hour. Aberjona Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a skilled nursing facility seeking CNAs to provide hands-on care and daily support to residents alongside its nursing team. The CNA assists residents with daily living, meals, mobility, and transfers; records vital signs and other measures; responds to resident requests; and reports changes to nursing staff. The role contributes to resident comfort, safety, dignity, and well-being through accurate documentation and compassionate care.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, oral care, incontinence care, meals, mobility, transfers, ambulation, and wheelchair use
• turn and reposition residents
• assist with range-of-motion exercises
• respond to call lights
• measure and record vital signs, weight, intake, and output
• assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• report condition changes
• maintain a safe environment and complete documentation.
