What you'll do

• Supervise installation crews and assign daily tasks
• manage project timelines
• oversee concrete grinding, shot-blasting, mixing, and product application
• maintain safety and PPE procedures
• serve as the onsite contact for clients, general contractors, and project managers
• address moisture, temperature, and equipment issues
• update management on progress.
