What you'll do

• Prospect and develop shipper relationships through calls, networking, referrals, email, and in-person visits
• build and manage a sales pipeline and meet activity and revenue targets
• serve as primary customer contact throughout the sales cycle
• partner with Operations to execute loads
• grow existing accounts and introduce asset and brokerage solutions
• maintain CRM records, forecasts, and customer activity
• monitor market trends, freight rates, and customer needs
• represent the company professionally.
