Seasonal Fulfillment Lead — 1st Shift

The Seasonal Fulfillment Lead role is onsite in Woodridge, IL, with compensation of $17.50–$18.50 per hour. This temporary, full-time position supports PlanetArt’s Fulfillment department during the October–December holiday peak. PlanetArt makes personalized and made-to-order products for consumers. The lead assists with coordinating warehouse personnel and fulfillment operations so products are received, prepared, packed, and shipped safely and accurately during the high-volume season. The role also supports safety, quality, and continuous improvement across warehouse activities.

What you'll do

• Assist the Supervisor with production, quality personnel, and departmental issues
• maintain a safety-first and continuous-improvement culture
• coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering on improvement needs and preventive maintenance
• ensure employees have necessary tools
• prepare shipments and select economical shipping methods
• maintain shipping and receiving supplies
• pack shipments for safe delivery
• inspect receipts and report discrepancies
• support shipment of goods and receipt of supplies
• forward material requisitions for approval
• maintain clean and orderly work areas
• assist shipping and receiving during staffing or demand fluctuations
• perform related duties such as mail sorting and distribution.
