The role supervises care staff, oversees assessments and care operations, supports regulatory readiness, and leads quality improvement while coordinating with families, physicians, and other providers.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee caregiving services
• supervise and mentor caregivers, field supervisors, CNAs, and clinical personnel
• oversee resident assessments and individualized care needs
• coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• coordinate with healthcare providers
• oversee medication management and infection prevention
• follow up on incidents and changes in condition
• maintain regulatory compliance and licensing readiness
• conduct audits and support surveys
• lead QAPI activities
• mentor staff
• communicate with residents and families
• maintain care records and participate in leadership meetings.

Why this role

Requires a current California RN license, an ADN or higher, five years of progressive nursing experience, and three years of nursing leadership experience in a relevant care setting. Requires a valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between assigned communities.
