Senior Project Manager — Commercial Construction

Compensation is $0 per year. The Senior Project Manager role is onsite in Richardson, TX. The position supports a client’s commercial construction operations and reports to the Director of Operations; direct reports include Project Managers and others as directed. The role leads complex construction projects and project teams from preconstruction through closeout and warranty, while overseeing financial performance, risk, schedules, quality, safety, subcontractors, and client relationships. It also develops project management staff and supports business development, helping deliver successful projects and strengthen client and trade-partner relationships.

What you'll do

• Lead project delivery from initiation through warranty
• oversee project teams, schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement, subcontractor agreements, risk, quality, and safety
• maintain communication with owners, consultants, trade partners, and project teams
• mentor and develop Project Managers
• support business development and customer relationship initiatives
• improve project management processes
• travel to project sites as required.

Why this role
