What you'll do

• Manage civil litigation matters in state and federal courts
• draft pleadings, motions, and substantive filings
• conduct legal research and manage written discovery
• lead complex ESI discovery
• use AI-powered legal technology for document review, research, and drafting
• assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• develop litigation strategy and work directly with clients.

Why this role
