What you'll do

• Review bid instructions and project plans
• perform quantity take-offs for self-performed and subcontracted scopes
• request subcontractor and material quotes and select vendors
• prepare bids and bid packages
• manage awarded projects, including submittals, RFIs, notices, scheduling, and billing
• own client communication throughout each project.
