What you'll do

• Maintain computer hardware
• set up customer workstations and equipment
• install and configure software
• train customers in technology practices and equipment use
• assess security risks and maintain system security
• monitor customer networks
• provide support for phone, camera, and network systems
• troubleshoot remotely and in person
• configure systems and maintain Active Directory and Microsoft 365 users
• communicate solutions and escalate unresolved issues
• inform customers about new and upgraded products and services.
