Compensation is $33,000–$50,000 per year. Speech-Language Pathologist — PRN is an onsite position in Okemos, MI. Concept Rehab is therapist-owned and operated and provides rehabilitative care to patients and facilities. The pathologist evaluates and treats patients with communication, cognitive-processing, problem-solving, and swallowing difficulties. The role supports patient care through treatment planning, interdisciplinary communication, documentation, discharge planning, and staff education.

What you'll do

• Evaluate patients within 24–48 hours of physician orders
• develop and deliver treatment plans
• communicate patient progress and plans to physicians, care teams, families, and facility staff
• participate in care conferences and discharge planning
• document evaluations and treatment
• instruct families or nursing staff in maintenance programs
• participate in staff training.
