What you'll do

• Install, remove, and change injection molds according to production schedules
• verify molds, machine settings, and auxiliary equipment
• connect and disconnect required lines and systems
• clamp, align, and set up molds
• assist with startups, troubleshooting, and process adjustments
• inspect and clean molds and work areas
• operate cranes and forklifts where certified
• follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures
• verify safety devices and guards
• complete setup documentation and report issues
• support continuous improvement and 5S practices.
