The Human Resources Staffing and Classification Program Analyst role is onsite in Dahlgren, VA. The salary range is $70,000–$80,000 per year. AERMOR provides support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division’s Corporate Operations Department Human Resources functions. The analyst supports federal staffing, classification, recruitment, personnel actions, and onboarding. Accurate records, compliant hiring workflows, and coordination with government stakeholders help the HR office complete staffing actions and onboard employees effectively.

What you'll do

• Support federal recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
• advise on hiring processes and compliance
• track applicants and staffing actions
• manage workflows and HR data in SharePoint and other systems
• review employee records in DCPDS
• process personnel actions and onboarding documentation
• respond to employee HR inquiries
• validate SF-50s
• support New Employee Orientation
• coordinate with government personnel and stakeholders.
