Stockroom Supervisor

The Stockroom Supervisor role is onsite in Bloomington, IL. Pay is $23–$25 per hour. The position supports stockroom operations at Zentech Manufacturing by overseeing inventory, staff, and safe handling and storage of materials. The supervisor contributes to efficient operations and inventory accuracy by coordinating staff, improving stock-tracking workflows, monitoring shipments, supporting procurement, and reporting performance and inventory information to management.

What you'll do

• Track stock levels and organize stockrooms
• monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain inventory records
• lead, train, assign tasks to, and evaluate stockroom staff
• assist with ordering and match purchase orders to invoices
• inspect received goods and resolve vendor issues
• maintain safety standards and proper hazardous-material handling
• research KPI root causes and corrective actions
• conduct cycle and annual inventory counts
• prepare reports and maintain SOPs.
