Project Superintendent

What you'll do

• Study contract documents
• organize and lead onsite work
• review subcontractor scopes and coordinate with the Project Manager
• develop site logistics and build strategy
• monitor and communicate the P6 CPM schedule
• enforce safety and security programs
• coordinate subcontractor work
• implement quality control inspections and documentation
• maintain project records
• coordinate submittals, RFIs, permits, inspections, and testing
• plan housekeeping, temporary utilities, material handling, and storage
• document project performance
• support turnover and closeout
• supervise assigned Superintendents and Foremen.
