What you'll do

• Lead commissioning planning, coordination, execution, startup, system completion, and turnover readiness
• coordinate Levels 1–3 commissioning and support owner-led Levels 4–5 testing
• coordinate contractors, vendors, OEMs, controls teams, superintendents, commissioning teams, and operations personnel
• review drawings and specifications
• coordinate checks, startup, testing, walkdowns, and turnover
• manage commissioning documentation and deficiencies
• coordinate mechanical, electrical, controls, and building-management systems
• track risks and schedule impacts
• promote safe work practices and provide technical guidance.
