What you'll do

• Assist the Production/Plant Manager with daily operations
• coordinate employee assignments and production workflow
• provide instructions, coaching, and training in English and Spanish
• monitor production metrics and report delays or operational issues
• support efficient work methods and equipment use
• work alongside employees as needed
• reinforce linen handling and processing procedures
• weigh and record incoming and finished linen
• monitor quality and document items requiring reprocessing
• maintain housekeeping and reinforce safety procedures.
