Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Hospice Crisis Care Nights in Deerfield, IL. This is an onsite, full-time position with three 12-hour night shifts per week, including every other weekend. The salary range is $26-$38 per hour. JourneyCare Hospice is seeking a Hospice LPN to join their growing Crisis Care team.

- Provide direct patient care, implement nursing practice, document services, assess and educate patients/families, participate in coordination of hospice services, and provide pain/symptom management.
