Inside Sales Representative

What you'll do

• Handle incoming customer inquiries by phone and email
• conduct discovery to understand technical and commercial needs
• recommend products and solutions
• prepare customer quotes
• research customers and projects
• maintain CRM activity and account information
• expand existing customer relationships
• identify cross-selling and account-growth opportunities
• coordinate with internal sales and technical resources
• and respond promptly and professionally. Schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
