What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Nursing Services with daily nursing operations

• support discharge planning and resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• ensure adequate staffing
• develop work assignments and delegate responsibilities
• make rounds and review nursing notes
• provide direct nursing care
• complete incident reports as needed.
