What you'll do
- Manage multiple bids per week and meet deadlines
- complete quantity takeoffs from plans and specifications
- prepare estimates, proposals, and bid documents
- estimate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
- obtain and compare vendor and supplier pricing
- maintain vendor and customer relationships
- support ordering, scheduling, and bluestake.
