Business Development Officer

What you'll do

• Represent the credit union within Select Employer Groups
• develop relationships with HR and benefits leaders, decision-makers, and employees
• prospect for new employer partnerships
• attend workplace events, benefits fairs, orientations, and open enrollments
• lead financial wellness seminars and presentations
• connect employees with financial resources
• support membership, referral, lending, and deposit growth
• coordinate with branches, Marketing, and lending teams.
