What you'll do

• Own project intake, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across PR, social, and influencer initiatives
• align creative, brand marketing, PR, social, influencer, merchandising, production, and agency teams
• coordinate creative development and channel-specific deliverables
• manage production and asset needs
• lead kickoffs and status meetings
• track decisions and action items
• resolve risks and shifting priorities
• coordinate approvals and final asset handoffs
• maintain project tools and documentation and identify workflow improvements.
