What you'll do

• Set up machines for assigned jobs
• operate machines and inspect parts against specifications
• document inspection results and machine operations
• support first-piece inspections
• recommend process improvements
• troubleshoot with supervisors, engineers, and senior machinists
• perform total productive maintenance and minor repairs
• train other machinists or operators
• report hazards and equipment issues.
