B2B Dealer Experience Associate

The B2B Dealer Experience Associate role is based in Revelyst’s Irvine, CA office. Compensation is $21.20–$24.00 per hour. The position reports to the Manager, B2B Dealer Experience and supports specialty and locally owned dealer accounts. The associate provides personalized account support, processes sales orders, maintains inventory records, and communicates order updates. By coordinating with dealers, Sales, and internal teams, the role helps ensure accurate order handling and a reliable dealer experience.

What you'll do

• Manage sales orders for specialty and locally owned dealer accounts
• provide tailored dealer support
• process manual stocking, preseason, closeout, credit, and return authorization orders
• maintain inventory records and respond to inventory inquiries
• communicate order status, availability, and changes
• support B2B/EDI onboarding and troubleshooting
• prepare dealer performance and order-history reports
• collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
