What you'll do

• Verify incoming shipments against work orders
• prepare outgoing pallet loads
• maintain digital shipping and receiving records
• coordinate loading and unloading with carriers and drivers
• serve as a contact for drivers, vendors, and visitors
• use COLT/Blue Yonder inventory software
• conduct pre-shift door checks and assign loads
• coordinate with forklift drivers
• follow safety and company policies
• support office management, accounting, and customer service as needed.
