The Director of Distribution & Operations is an onsite role based in Zionsville, PA. Compensation is $260,000 to $350,000 per year, and this position supports the Pennsylvania branch of Uline, Inc., a leading distributor of shipping and industrial materials. This role exists to lead high-volume distribution operations by coaching managers, driving operational excellence, and ensuring safety and productivity across a 2.5 million square foot facility.

• Direct day-to-day operations across inbound and outbound departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers leading 500+ employees.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
