What you'll do

• Schedule service calls and coordinate technician assignments.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain organized filing systems for service records and administrative documents.
• Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking team members.
• Assist in managing customer service inquiries, especially related to service warranties.
• Prepare and update documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Support basic bookkeeping tasks.
