What you'll do

• Oversee direct-care staff, schedules, payroll documentation, evaluations, staff meetings, and training.
• Coordinate residents’ medical appointments and activities, advocate for their rights, maintain emergency procedures, oversee buildings, grounds, and vehicles, manage budgets and invoices, maintain inventories and records, and work with residents’ families.
