• Manage multiple projects involving system, software, and hardware updates or implementations.
• Use project management tools and methods to assign work, track status, estimate timelines, and document projects.
• Facilitate project and technical meetings, report progress and risks, partner with business analysts to elicit and document requirements, coordinate test planning with technical leads, and report outstanding issues while following New York State project management directives.
