What you'll do

• Serve as liaison among partners, clients, staff, and internal teams
• lead multiple tax engagements
• review complex tax returns and workpapers
• research and apply federal, state, and local tax guidance
• serve as primary client contact
• identify planning opportunities and recommend solutions
• coordinate workflow and delegate work
• monitor tax law changes
• prepare analysis and recommendations for client meetings
• coach and mentor staff
• support business development and client relationship growth.
