What you'll do

• Lead resident experience and community operations across resident support, sales and marketing, administration, dining, activities, housekeeping, security, and maintenance
• hire, train, coach, and develop associates
• support occupancy and sales goals
• manage budgets and performance
• maintain safety and compliance
• participate in the rotating Manager-on-Duty program, including assigned weekends.
