What you'll do

• Lead the assigned classroom
• design and deliver purposeful, age-appropriate programming
• build relationships with children, families, and coworkers
• observe and evaluate children and maintain program records
• communicate with caregivers about children’s needs and progress
• maintain a clean, organized learning environment
• follow licensing, Early Achievers, YMCA, and safety standards
• attend program activities, family nights, meetings, and training.
