What you'll do

• Inspect dishes for recipe accuracy, temperature, portioning, and presentation
• garnish and package dine-in and to-go orders
• verify tickets, modifications, and allergies
• direct kitchen ticket priorities and timing
• communicate with front-of-house staff and food runners
• monitor ticket times
• maintain a clean, sanitized expo station
• and stock containers, utensils, garnishes, and condiments.
