Project Manager/estimator

What you'll do

• Identify and evaluate commercial construction opportunities.
• Review construction plans and specifications.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs.
• Develop complete estimates using labor, equipment, and material costs.
• Manage awarded projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, material procurement, and field resources.
• Monitor project progress and budgets.
• Manage punch lists and warranty obligations.
