The District Manager leads district-wide sales, service, talent, customer experience, and operational performance across 8–15 stores. Reporting to the Director of Retail, this leader develops market strategies, coaches Store Managers, and supports consistent execution across store concepts.

What you'll do

• build talent pipelines and succession plans
• recruit and develop leaders
• champion clienteling and customer retention
• spend approximately 80% of time in stores coaching and supporting Store Managers
• conduct business reviews
• reinforce sales and service execution
• oversee operational standards, visual merchandising, inventory practices, and company policies
• lead change initiatives and improve efficiency.
