What you'll do

• Process customer transactions using cash registers and point-of-sale systems
• handle cash and balance the cash office
• accept approved payment methods
• follow SNAP and WIC procedures
• process returns, exchanges, and price adjustments
• handle complaints and escalate complex issues
• assist cashiers and cashier as needed
• greet customers and answer questions
• bag merchandise
• prioritize tasks to manage customer flow
• complete required training and additional management-assigned tasks.
