Marketing Automation Specialist

The role turns campaign and member-engagement data into recommendations while coordinating with Sales, Product, Compliance, IT, and Member Services.

What you'll do

• Administer HubSpot properties, custom objects, associations, data governance, integrations, and API connections.
• Build lifecycle workflows, segmentation, personalized experiences, forms, landing pages, and A/B tests.
• Manage lead scoring, qualification, and Sales routing.
• Maintain UTM standards, tracking, and attribution across HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and ad platforms.
• Build reports and dashboards, analyze campaign performance and paid media ROI, conduct market research, collaborate across teams, and train staff on HubSpot.
