The Associate Consultant, Generative AI role is based onsite in New York, NY, with consultants in primary market offices expected to attend the office at least three days per week. The annual base salary range is $80,000–$110,000, with a discretionary performance-based bonus. The role supports Sia’s AI & Data Business Unit and its Generative AI consulting practice. The consultant helps clients design, build, deploy, evaluate, and improve LLM-powered solutions, contributing across the project lifecycle while supporting scalable, secure, compliant, and responsible AI applications.

What you'll do

• Design, build, train, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI and LLM systems
• support solution architecture
• develop applications that meet business needs and applicable regulations
• optimize prompts
• implement retrieval-augmented generation architectures
• select and fine-tune models
• apply MLOps practices for deployment and monitoring
• evaluate model performance, reliability, fairness, and safety
• contribute research, collaboration, and documentation.
