What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
• operate and clean dish machines
• measure detergent and sanitizer
• restock kitchen items
• maintain clean and organized dish and storage areas
• empty and wash garbage cans
• store plates for cooks
• assist with banquet dish setup and buffet setup
• sweep and mop kitchen areas
• report unsafe conditions.
