What you'll do

• Maintain complete and accurate records for multiple jobs
• prepare project billings and purchase orders
• support prompt customer payments
• maintain contractor and vendor relationships
• ensure project costs are coded accurately and reported to project managers and the controller
• file preliminary notices and obtain lien waivers
• provide receptionist backup
• assist project managers, the controller, and CFO with assignments
• support accounting and project coordination duties.
