What you'll do

• Lead by example in customer-focused service
• manage guest reservations
• open and close the location
• assist with scheduling
• respond to online reviews
• manage special events
• support customer questions
• maintain facility cleanliness
• report maintenance issues
• help resolve technology and gameplay issues
• and perform game runner duties including check-in, onboarding, game-room operations, and safety.
