What you'll do

• Develop working relationships with independent contractors
• communicate client priorities and collaborate on problems
• review scopes of work and conduct quality assurance
• provide nightly recaps and escalate issues
• recommend contractor assignments and manage performance to client standards
• manage inspections, complaints, requests, new client starts, and VIP needs
• execute operational policies
• ensure compliance with client procedures and approved cleaning tools and equipment.
