Overnight Residential Support Staff — Kalihi

The Overnight Residential Support Staff role is onsite in Honolulu, Hawaii, in a residential setting in Downtown. Compensation is $22 USD per hour. Hale Kipa supports Hawai‘i’s youth, young adults, and families through safe housing, culturally grounded care, and trauma-informed relationships. The staff member mentors youth and helps maintain residents’ safety and well-being overnight. Duties include monitoring residents, responding to emergencies, conducting bed checks, maintaining house cleanliness, documenting daily progress and activities, and collaborating with case managers.
