Residential Maintenance Technician

The role exists to address property repairs and resident requests, prepare apartments for new residents, and support the community’s daily upkeep. Working with the Maintenance Superintendent and Property Manager, the technician helps prioritize and complete maintenance tasks.

What you'll do

• Perform general repairs in apartments and common areas
• prepare apartments with drywall repair, painting, caulking, carpet cleaning, and minor repairs
• complete basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
• respond to resident requests and emergency service calls
• remove trash, water and weed, and clear snow and ice
• keep maintenance and shared areas organized
• occasionally assist with cleaning
• use personal hand tools.
