What you'll do

• Prepare and verify procedure trays
• open and close the studio and complete inventory counts
• maintain treatment rooms and back office
• align the team on daily goals and provider breaks
• coordinate breaks and lunches
• monitor and restock supplies
• maintain patient charts, before-and-after photos, and treatment records
• support front desk and concierge tasks as needed, including check-in, checkout, and rooming.
