What you'll do

• Lead and supervise first-shift housekeeping staff
• perform and oversee cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting
• inspect completed work
• train and mentor team members on cleaning techniques and safety
• manage supplies and equipment and report shortages or maintenance needs
• communicate with supervisors and clients
• ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental health and safety guidelines.
