What you'll do

• Manage and coach a fleet of drivers with a focus on safety, service, retention, and profitability
• build relationships with contractors
• own loads from dispatch through delivery
• communicate load expectations and changes
• work with Load Planning on load opportunities
• monitor delivery, mileage, revenue, safety, and turnover metrics
• help drivers navigate permits, service issues, tickets, and border crossings
• address DOT and safety issues
• advocate for drivers and partner with internal teams
• identify and act on performance improvements.
